The Death Of Milly Mahoney

 Brief Synopsis

Trix Donovan, an ex-model and young widow, now works as a tabloid journalist to make ends meet.  She comes home to a cryptic message from an old girlfriend she hasn't seen in years, with a plea to meet her in town.  Finding her very dead, with a bullet hole in the back of her neck, Trix's well-ordered Southern California lifestyle is turned on its head as she is drawn into a murky world of untouchable power, perversion, and murder.
Scared to death, yet driven by a dogged sense of righteousness, she finds herself on the trail of an unpredictable killer--a trail taking her from the glitzy, showbiz world of Tres Robles Estates to the grinding poverty of South Central L.A. and...to yet another death.
As she struggles to unravel an intricate web of sex, love, and hate, Trix is forced to confront ghosts from her own past, while realizing that she could become the unknown killer's next target.  (For more, see About the Book)
